You do not have to fear or be ashamed of having HSV2. It has been widely reported that over 40% of the general population carries this virus and many don’t even know. This fact alone makes it important that you always protect yourself and greatly reduce the risk of contracting herpes. You can do this by always wearing a condom (especially with new partners), and by avoiding all sexual activity when you have an active outbreak. ‘
You will learn from this website all about the herpes stages, including the early stages of herpes, and the beginning stages of genital herpes.

Learning to treat your outbreaks at the first signs will greatly reduce symptoms and possible stop your outbreaks from coming all together. This can be hard to believe if you have been living with frequent symptoms but I have lived with this virus, and can assure you that it is true.
